The epitome of a classic family business where every customer is valued. Refreshing to know there are still some businesses out there that run on the good old fashion principles of customer service, quality, honesty and integrity. A true throwback to a time of the past and benchmark for others to aim for in the future.

The service technician was truly wonderful to work with. He gave me the best options as far costs for getting new tires. I was able to ship new tires to Yates and they called me once they came in. I dropped my car off before work and got a call that they were done. I picked it up after work and my car had been washed! Yates Automotive did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Went in late to get a tail light bulb replaced. I was in and out in a jiffy and everyone there was kind and helpful.

Great experience at Yates Automotive for my recent flat tire replacement! They were able to replace the tire the day I came in (driving on the flat, so without advance notice), gave me rides to work & back, with good prices & a car wash. How can you beat that?!

Everyone I came in contact with at the Yates automotive in Alexandria was accommodating and kind. A man named joe stood out the most, he helped us on a Sunday when there was no mechanic and vowed to do everything he could to help us. He even put a new battery in our key no charge. Would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
