Thank you. I very much appreciated your honesty in conducting state vehicle and emissions inspection. Unlike the previous automotive shop I visited, your assessment was more honest. Though the inspection took longer than expected--from an estimate of 3 hours to nearly 6 hours--I understand that y'all were busy with inspections on Saturday. Plus, the carwash and vaccuming was a nice touch. I would definitely come back and again appreciated your help.

Had a great experience

An update to a previous post: I had a bad first experience here, due mostly to bad customer service, but received a follow up call from the owner apologizing for the bad experience. I gave them a second chance based on my conversation with the owner and I was much happier the second time around. Service was prompt, they were professional, and they took the time to really assess the issue and really look out for my interest/costs.

Yates has a solid team. Ken is hilarious and was very accommodating. One of the staff drove me to a local coffee shop while I waited for service. Turned out my car needed something else fixed so they gave me a loaner vehicle so I could go to work until my car was ready. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. One of the staff was being harassed by a woman (about his blood sugar levels) when I came back to pick up my car and he just stood there and took it for five minutes. Really great service.

One of the best experiences at an automotive shop I've ever had. The staff was very courteous and answered all my questions about car inspections when I called them. They did everything that I needed for my inspection with an added bonus of washing and vacuuming my car (I've never had that done before for a car inspection). Jessica was very professional and welcoming when I dropped my car off in the morning and Joe was courteous when I picked my car up later that day. When I needed help changing my plates later that week, Joe (another worker) immediately came RUNNING out of the shop and took my new plates and changed them for me. I had the pleasure of also meeting Ken, the manager of the store who was extremely courteous and friendly. Everyone here is great at what they do and they seem to really enjoy where they work. I highly recommend this place!

The crew did a wonderful job on the exterior. However they missed the dashboard and console areas when cleaning.

My daughter referred me to Yates and I am very pleased so far with their service.
