Had one of the worst travel days of my life. Got a flat tire. Spare was flat too. Luckily the random gas station I was able to walk to was Yates Automotive. Despite knowing I had to take the car elsewhere due to my hotel booking they did what they could to help me. Connor deserves special recognition - this solid, stand up midwestern dude helped get my tire situation sorted and even drove me back to my car. You're definitely in good hands with Yates.

I always receive excellent service when I go to Yates. They have a great crew and I personally feel they are very honest in how they communicate and work with their customers. Gas is a little higher priced than I like but when it comes to repair and inspection, they are top notch.

Took my car in for a complete detailing because the lovely trees we have in Del Ray had dropped seed pods that gummed up every crack and even made their way inside the car. After looking it over, Aaron said that since my car was only three years old, it didn't need that top level of service and so he dropped the price. He said he was glad I'd brought it in before the finish was too far gone, which made the detailing much easier. My car came out looking like new. Thanks, Aaron and thanks, Yates!

The team at Yates Auto is simply top notch! I have been a guest of theirs for nearly 10 years, over the span of 4 cars-always treated as if I am their only customer and priority. John and his crew are not only experts in what they do, they are kind and generous with their time and effort for customer service! Recently Connor in the auto detailing dept. took care of cleaning my truck-it looks so good I don't want to drive it! Thank you team Yates-you continue to be the first place I tell people to go for their cars, their dry cleaning and now their pizza! :)
