This place is great. I dealt mostly with Ken and Connor but you can tell that they both are passionate about their jobs and are hard working. My car was accidentally given a synthetic blend of oil instead of full synthetic and they replaced it with synthetic for free, and even included a car wash. Not going to lie, the prices are a bit higher than I'm used to, coming from Kentucky, but it's worth it because I trust these folks. I know they aren't going to try to sell me something I don't need, and that alone is worth hundreds of dollars. This is the best auto repair place that I've found in Alexandria.
