Yates automotive is a “White Whale” in the local auto repair business. They are highly skilled, customer focused and high integrity. I recently had my 2008 Jaguar XKR diagnosed by Yates for a warning light issue after receiving a really expensive diagnosis elsewhere. Yates honestly diagnosed it as a loose electrical connection and a minor repair. Well done Rob and the Yates family for your integrity. You now have my business on all 3 of our cars!!

Absolutely incredible customer service. Trustworthy and they get things done in a timely manner. I was a little all over the place when I went in to get my emissions done and they were extremely patient as well as courteous. I will be using Yates automotive from now on.
