Took our car in for annual emissions test and can't say enough about how great the team at Yates is. The staff were incredibly attentive and courteous, even though they were super busy. When I picked up the car, they had washed it! It was just a quick (and cheap) inspection, but they still took the time to wash our car. Should we have car troubles down the line, Yates will get our business.

Shout out to Yates Automotive and to Ken! My truck was scratched at the car wash and they went out of their way to take care of my and buff the scratches out. They went out of their way to make things right!

They took care of me and my light and I also got a car wash which saved me time and money. I will definitely return for my next repair. The pricing and labor fees were also competitive. Thanks again for an excellent experience!

The epitome of a classic family business where every customer is valued. Refreshing to know there are still some businesses out there that run on the good old fashion principles of customer service, quality, honesty and integrity. A true throwback to a time of the past and benchmark for others to aim for in the future.

First time going to Yates. Had a brake light out. Called to see if Yates had it in stock, thinking I would just buy it and replace it myself. They told me if I could get there within the next 10-15 minutes, they could take a look at it, but they would be closing at 8pm. I got there in just a few minutes. They brought my car in right away and ended up replacing the bulb quickly. When the gentleman came to the office to tell me it was done, he told me, "You're all set." I asked what I owed them. The mechanic said, "Nothing. We haven't done anything nice for anyone yet today." Awesome first impression.

The gentlemen who changed my oil and rotated my tires were courteous and quick. They also alerted me to a possible issue regarding my car battery. To be sure, I got a second opinion and the recommendation from the Yates team was correct. I am grateful that they brought this matter to my attention since I was preparing for a cross-county road trip. Thank you so much for keeping me safe!!
