Only automotive shop I trust. They are honest about issues that need to be fixed (or can be delayed if they're not too serious) and are extremely knowledgeable and take care of our vehicles. Also complementary car washes after service is done is a plus!

They remembered my name but even more important, I never felt like they were fixing things that really didnt need fixing at the time to inflate the bill.

I took my flat tire to Yates to get a patch. Jeff and Joey were awesome to work with and the entire staff made an effort to say hi to me and make me feel welcome. I love businesses that are operated like this and will now go to Yates again if something comes up.

I've been going to Yates for several years now, and the vast majority of the time I've had really great experiences, they've been fast, communicative, and helpful in getting quality work done. On the one occasion I had an issue, and one of the repairs didn't turn out perfectly, they did a great job of following up and making things right, so you can go here knowing that they stand by the work they do. I'll definitely be back.

I have come to Yates several times and have always had great experiences. The staff is always very nice, they are usually busy but still get through the service quickly, and the price is always fair and transparent. I have come for oil changes, detailing, and minor fixes. The most recent was a quick light change and both Kris and Shane were very helpful, professional, and fixed the light quickly. Will be returning again.
