I took my flat tire to Yates to get a patch. Jeff and Joey were awesome to work with and the entire staff made an effort to say hi to me and make me feel welcome. I love businesses that are operated like this and will now go to Yates again if something comes up.

I've been going to Yates for several years now, and the vast majority of the time I've had really great experiences, they've been fast, communicative, and helpful in getting quality work done. On the one occasion I had an issue, and one of the repairs didn't turn out perfectly, they did a great job of following up and making things right, so you can go here knowing that they stand by the work they do. I'll definitely be back.

I have come to Yates several times and have always had great experiences. The staff is always very nice, they are usually busy but still get through the service quickly, and the price is always fair and transparent. I have come for oil changes, detailing, and minor fixes. The most recent was a quick light change and both Kris and Shane were very helpful, professional, and fixed the light quickly. Will be returning again.

I've reviewed Yates before and have had consistently good experiences there, but today they saved the day. Our car wouldn't start (dead battery) and I'm not going to fully confess to the series of events that led us to call Yates because it's embarrassing how little we know about cars, but suffice it to say that they are amazing. Jon dropped everything, even though the shop was slammed, and came over to our house to help us not electrocute ourselves. While here, he identified a problem, went BACK to Yates to get some supplies, and then fixed our car. All within an hour of us identifying that there was even a problem. In addition to being a really great shop, they also remind us that we live in a wonderful community and that we take care of one another. I love Yates Automotive.

My 2010 Honda Ridgeline was in SERIOUS need of detailing! It had been up in Provincetown, MA for 4 years driving in the dunes and hauling all kinds of "junk", and it had not been washed or cleaned in any meaningful way in those four years. I requested the Signature Detailing Package and couldn't believe it when I picked up my truck! It sparkled, inside and out! The carpets and leather were cleaned, all of the sand and smudges were gone, the tires and wheels looked brand new, and the exterior literally sparkled! They even thoroughly cleaned the flatbed (which has a cover on it). The service was excellent, and the people who work there are friendly, efficient and professional. I'm taking the truck back to Provincetown this weekend, and think it's good for at least another four years on the beach! I would recommend Yates Automotive to anyone, and will bring my other vehicles there for detailing in the future!
