Picked up my car right on time for an emissions inspection. Everything was complete and they returned it right to my house. I was able to pay over the phone. Extremely easy and convenient. I tried to tip them for the great service, but they refused. Thanks again for the great service.

I just moved here from Florida. Needless to say I was unprepared of all the requirements of inspections and requirements and taxes. Numan, and other associates have been the most helpful in helping me get everything together, and keep my Mazda 3 in good shape! I am so grateful to have a great neighborhood shop that I can trust!

Yates has resolved issues with my car that BMW could not. Very diligent, quality work at a fair price.

I made a last-minute appointment for an oil change quickly and easily (huge plus!). Everyone I interacted with from the time I made the appointment through when I picked up my vehicle was kind and professional. The only reason I had to drop one star was that no one asked what kind of oil should be used in my vehicle and so they first used the wrong type of oil. However, they fixed it immediately once I realized the mistake and did it at no extra charge to me. Despite the mistake, I will likely still return to Yates next time my vehicle needs to be serviced!

2nd time going to Yates. I moved here in May and it’s never fun to try and find a reliable mechanic. Look no further, this team is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and talked me though everything to help me understand. I trust this team completely. Thank you for all you do.

My car was serviced at Yates automotive on Saturday. I received superior customer service from entry to exit. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and hospitable (as I waited for my vehicle.) This was the best and fastest car repair service that I have ever had.
