Yates did a fantastic repair ,job on my 1985 European collector car, keeping me informed every at every step. There are many people I would not trust to work on this car and your folks were honest about the challenge it presented. They took the time needed for repairs and getting parts, as parts for this car are not always easy to find. As a result the car drives beautifully. The final touch was the exceptionally good washing at the end. The person who washed the car really knew what they were doing, as car has not looked that good in years. What a wonderful surprise. I will go back for detailing.

They have wonderful customer service, which is so hard to find these days. They saved me when my car battery died and I had to get home to nurse my newborn. They offered to come get my car and take it in to the shop for me so I could get home right away and nurse. I really really appreciated it. They are a wonderful business and I will continue going here for a long time.

We were driving home at 5pm when we suddenly had a flat tire. We used Yelp to find the closest tire repair shop and landed here. We called to inquire on wait time and they said they would do their best to fit us in. Within an hour and a half they had diagnosed the issue and quoted us a fair price for repair. We declined the repair for the time being (simply because we needed to figure out financials) but they offered to put on the spare at no charge. We were honestly so surprised- it would have been well within their right to charge us for the time it took to diagnose, take off the tire, and put the spare on- but they told us not to worry about it. Very impressed with the customer service and we will be back for sure.

It was my first time here and really I felt excellent. Everything was more than just ok. The service was professional and my old car is running as a new model.

Only automotive shop I trust. They are honest about issues that need to be fixed (or can be delayed if they're not too serious) and are extremely knowledgeable and take care of our vehicles. Also complementary car washes after service is done is a plus!

They remembered my name but even more important, I never felt like they were fixing things that really didnt need fixing at the time to inflate the bill.
