Very good experience with Yates. I just wish I had better communication with the garage and they had provided updates on the status of my car repair, without my having to call them.

Stellar service from all members of the team at Yates! They diagnosed the issues with my car, assured me that their team would get everything fixed within 24 hours, provided a loaner car, and had me back on the road the next day. I tend to ask a lot of questions about most things, but the team was very patient and thoroughly explained everything that was wrong with my car and showed me the damaged areas. I can't really say if the price was fair, but I didn't feel like they were trying to scam me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and able to get my car back in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend this family-owned business.

Love this place! They are so honest and I will never go anywhere else. When I need maintenance, they do it quickly and for a fair price. Recently I stopped by because a warning light was on. The manager told me that since my car was still under warranty, I could get the dealer to fix it for free. But first he ran a free diagnostic test to make sure the car was safe to drive. Other places would've charged my at least $50 for that test, and I probably would've had to leave my car for the day. I've had other work done on my car there and it has always been a smooth, quick, and professional experience. Also, they always have the lowest prices on gas in town. They are a real asset to the neighborhood.
