Love this place! They are so honest and I will never go anywhere else. When I need maintenance, they do it quickly and for a fair price. Recently I stopped by because a warning light was on. The manager told me that since my car was still under warranty, I could get the dealer to fix it for free. But first he ran a free diagnostic test to make sure the car was safe to drive. Other places would've charged my at least $50 for that test, and I probably would've had to leave my car for the day. I've had other work done on my car there and it has always been a smooth, quick, and professional experience. Also, they always have the lowest prices on gas in town. They are a real asset to the neighborhood.

Like to thank Yates again. I have been going there for years and have always been treated great. So now that they have a Detailing Serice and I decided to try it out this week. The Detail Guy did a fantastic job on my Super Duty. I know that was a big job and it looks Great! I would recommend anyone that wants to get from a wash to a beautiful wax job done. Take it to Yates. The Detail Shop is even indoors. So it doesn’t matter what the weather is, like it does at most places. They have built a 5 Star facility at the Braddock Rd shop. Take advantage of that!!

Upon request gentleman drove my car around the block to make sure dashboard signs were fixed. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
