The people at this shop were genuine and showed care towards my vehicle and the reason it was there. Over all the shop and it’s personell did have to go above and beyond due to the circumstances. I commend them for how they handled my needs.

Took our car in for annual emissions test and can't say enough about how great the team at Yates is. The staff were incredibly attentive and courteous, even though they were super busy. When I picked up the car, they had washed it! It was just a quick (and cheap) inspection, but they still took the time to wash our car. Should we have car troubles down the line, Yates will get our business.

Shout out to Yates Automotive and to Ken! My truck was scratched at the car wash and they went out of their way to take care of my and buff the scratches out. They went out of their way to make things right!

They took care of me and my light and I also got a car wash which saved me time and money. I will definitely return for my next repair. The pricing and labor fees were also competitive. Thanks again for an excellent experience!
