I always bring my car here. I dropped it off and got a call with the diagnosis short there after. Spoke with Ken who explained everything very clearly. He let me know what needed to be done today and what I could hold off on. That was nice. Had my car back to me in a couple of hours washed and vacuumed.

Yates team greeted me warmly, took great care of my car - washed it! and held it for me until after work. Excellent experience overall!

Yates Auto was great. This was my first time there. I had been looking for a trustworthy shop to take both my cars - a 2003 Honda Accord and a 2007 Honda Odyssey. I was trying to decide whether or not to put more money into both cars. Ken Bond (their Service Manager) helped me to think through the process and make a sound decision. I couldn't be happier. Both cars run like new. They needed work on the suspension, struts, shocks, engine mounts, exhaust etc. They gave me a fair price and a loaner car for 5 days.

Love it when you can pull up to a service station and be greeted immediately by a friendly, courteous and efficient staff member. And that's exactly what happened when Conor at Yates Auto greeted me yesterday. He knew exactly what it meant when he saw my warning light lit up in my car--check air pressure in tires. After he adjusted the air on all 4 of my tires, I thanked him and wanted to give him a tip for his wonderful service. But he would not accept any tips and explained he was there to help. He was the real deal--honest, respectful, and a genuinely kind-hearted good citizen. Such a refreshing experience that had me driving away wearing a huge smile, and thinking what a nicer world it would be if there were more folks like Conor!--Elisabeth
