Unbelievable service! I got just a $50 repair and these guys washed my car for free better than it comes out when I drive it through a $20 car wash. Everybody there was super nice.

Brought my car here in a frenzy at 7 PM on a Thursday evening because it was making a HORRIBLE sound when I made left-hand turns. I had a dance performance Friday afternoon that I needed my car for, so I was such a pest about trying to get it back ASAP. They offered me a loaner car, which it turns out I didn't need because they had it ready (and washed!) by 11:15 AM Friday morning! Total was $80 and they checked everything else, telling me it looked "too good" for a car about to hit 100,000 miles. They knew I was in a rush but offered me a free detail if I brought it back in the next week. Can't recommend these guys enough - they saved me a lot of stress (and money!)

I live close to Yates but had never visited the shop before. I unexpectedly needed a blown tire replaced on the Friday before a holiday weekend, one hour before the shop closed. I figured there was no chance they could squeeze that into the schedule at the last minute, but they told me to bring in the car and they'd take care of it. Yates managed to replace the tire, neatly tuck the spare and tools back under the trunk floor (hidden beneath a giant dog bed), and wash and vacuum the car--all within an hour and despite the shop being obviously busy with other cars. Yates saved my holiday weekend--thanks to them we got on the road to the shore almost on schedule and the car is happy again. So am I! Staff who answered the phone and worked the desk were friendly and helpful, and the price for the work was very fair (and consistent with the estimate quoted over the phone). I appreciated their willingness to help at a moment's notice so close to closing time. I will definitely return to have the other three tires replaced. Thank you, Yates!

I always bring my car here. I dropped it off and got a call with the diagnosis short there after. Spoke with Ken who explained everything very clearly. He let me know what needed to be done today and what I could hold off on. That was nice. Had my car back to me in a couple of hours washed and vacuumed.

Yates team greeted me warmly, took great care of my car - washed it! and held it for me until after work. Excellent experience overall!
