I feel like every car body shop should have a prof. mechanic like Joe. He was informative, efficient, and most importantly, honest. Within 10 minutes of my visit, he not only checked my tire pressure, corrected and inflated all 4 tires of my car, but also removed this towing hook that was "stuck" to my car because no other mechanic was able to figure it out. He did it in 1 minute. -- free of charge. I also learned a good number of things about my car and about cars in general in that short amount of time. I really appreciated that given that we, customers, can't always rely in many car shops as it's common to find a lot of these businesses rather dishonest leaving us skeptical with whether or not our cars are in good hands.
