Yearly inspection and I arrived at 7:30 for an 8 am opening, anticipating a long line as it was the 2nd of the month. Turned out I was in and out before 8. As usual, great customer service!

Great job. Friendly. Great price. Will be back! Asked when I dropped off what time it should be ready, and it was done before the time I specified.

Just got my car inspected there. Very thorough and the wait wasn't terrible either! Staff is super friendly. Storm and Floyd helped a mom of 2 toddlers out by quickly vacuuming by car as well. Can't beat the service!

Great experience. The called me to let me know what needed to be done and were very timely. They called me again to let me know when my car was ready. I feel confident about the service and feel I can trust them with my car. My dealer stopped servicing my brand of cars so I am very glad to have found Yates to help me with all the routine maintenance and fixes as needed. Their hours are so great that I can drop the car off very early and pick it up late with no problem. Thanks!

After the heavy rain one afternoon, my car and I limped into Yates Automotive as the water had loosen the service flap and it was dragging on the payment. I went to Yates because the lady that helped me on the street recommended them. Wow, these folks are so nice! Kept my car overnight, fixed my car and didn't charge me at all. I don't even live in Alexandria, my son does. What a great service oriented company!

I took my car in for a hand wash & vacuum. There was some confusion or misunderstanding and they performed a full exterior detail on the car. The quality of the detail was excellent and the car looks great, but it was a problem because more work was performed than I wanted done. I brought the issue to the manager's attention and they resolved it promptly and without a hassle. I plan to take the car back for additional maintenance work in the future.

This morning I noticed a screw in my tire. I pulled into Yates fully expecting a tire patch to cost at least $50 or a new tire to cost hundreds more. I explained my problem to Ken, the manager, and he came to investigate the situation. He tested the tire twice and then explained that they would be able to patch the tire. A technician quickly patched the tire and put air in my tire. The cost: FREE. And the whole ordeal took less than ten minutes and I was able to keep my baby sleeping in the back seat! Thanks for the great service!!!

Re oil change: everyone was very professional and respectful and I appreciated recommendation from my questions. Will definitely return.

I was in communication about the service I needed prior to my appointment. Everything they told me they would do, was done and done correctly the fist time. While I think their gas price is high, the pricing of their their service work is very much in line with competitors and the work is done well.

One of the best auto service experiences I’ve ever had!! The manager was so kind! We moved from out of state and needed an inspection and emissions test. Their price was very reasonable, and they gave us a couple vouchers to go get a drink from the nearby 7-11 while we waited. They even attached our front tag holder and tags for free!! These guys understand customer service! They’ve definitely won a repeat customer.
