Had to have an engine replacement. It took me some time to get the engine and I was worried about getting ripped off (by the company selling me the engine). Andrew and his team communicated with me throughout the process (even contacted the engine company), explained the process to me, and were quick to return calls/messages. Overall this group seems to be honest, good at what they do, friendly, and helpful. They also are really good about/knowledgable when answering questions.

Yates has never failed in providing the ultimate car service experience! They are honest to the point that they would rather lose money on upsells and tell the customer what they (don't) need so the customer is not taken advantage

Excellent service - they helped me out big time by putting the grill back together on my old truck when I hit a shopping cart left in the middle of a parking lot. Fair prices on gas - Yates is a well known Alexandria family.
