The guys over at Yates are great. They are kind, offer great service and take their time explaining things to you. They always open the door for me and greet me kindly. Make sure that you check in upon arrival because you will receive a 5% coupon for the first check in. I came in for a basic certification test which was $15 but if you fail it, you can come back for another test for just $1. They stay open late and always answer the phone. You are able to leave your car overnight and get it the next day. They give you a free car wash with your service! Inside and out! These guys will always get my service just because of their friendliness, service and work ethic.

What a great experience at Yates Automotive! I went in to get a vehicle inspection and emissions test. I was expecting to wait over 1 hour. It took less than 1 hour, the manager Kris was very polite and helpful. His staff were all working and keeping busy. The inside of the store and waiting area was nice an clean. I will definitely be back here in the future. I saw the detail package for cars and trucks and would like to get my car detailed. Thank you for a fast, friendly, and great experience! Definitely going to recommended Yates!

Where to begin....the car wouldn't start one day a few blocks away, dead battery. Decided to give them a call after a falling out years a go. Nice to know that they still lived up to their neighbord family mantra. Thank you Billy for coming to my aid, I should have replaced the battery then, instead of having to call AAA 3 weeks later.

I had a low tire pressure light on a Sunday. I called and they were open and able to take me right in. It was a difficult problem to detect, but the technician, Eagan, kept at it until he discovered what was going on. Hard to find, but an easy solution, and he did not charge me for the time he spent.

For the past two years I have been taking my Jeep to Yates Automotive. I took the truck in for its 120,000 mile maintenance and the service I received was incredible. The front desk team is very friendly and professional, but the best part of my experience was Mike V., the mechanic who worked on my car. I had a long list of services (a dozen) that I needed to have done, from an oil change, transmission flush, replacing the serpentine belt, replacing the tires, a complete detailing, and a bunch of other maintenance items. When I picked up the car, I noted that several services on my repair order had not been done. I was a little miffed. They didn't do the engine flush; replace two transmission filters; and replace the radiator hoses! I spoke with Mike and he told me that because I have always used synthetic oil, it was a waste of time to do an engine flush--the engine is so clean that if we opened it up, it would look like a new engine (an excellent reason to use synthetic oil!). The T-Tech transmission flush equipment they use literally washes the inside of the transmission, it's not just a drain and fill service they provide. The two filters I asked to have removed are metal screens, not filters with some kind of element. Because the T-Tech service does such a thorough good job, those screen were well cleaned. Mike told me that opening a transmission to get to the filters means breaking the gasket, and when the gasket is replaced, it doesn't always seal as well as hoped. If it isn't leaking after 120,000 miles, he highly recommended not touching it. Finally, the radiator hoses I wanted replaced had been replaced when the radiator was replaced several months ago and didn't need to be replaced. I had forgotten! Mike and the team could have charged me for the those services, and I would have been very happy, but not as happy as I was when Mike educated me and saved me a bunch of money. My Jeep is 12 years old, and it gets compliments from everyone on how good it looks and how well maintained it is. I give my enthusiastic thanks to Yates Automotive for saving me money on unnecessary services and keeping my Jeep running so well that I don't have to buy a new one! That is saving me tens of thousands of dollars every year!

Dave at Yates is the Best! He was very friendly, helpful and fast. I just moved to the area and my car needed a new head light. Dave freplace it in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you Yates - I will be back!

I have been to Yates a couple times before. Always excellent service and have been a life saver on costs. The last item they helped me with was a seat belt replacement. They saved me hundreds in cost. Not just with the seat belt though. My Bluetooth audio was not functioning. I didn't let them know this since the immediate cost was the seat belt and I would address it at another time. Anyway, due to the electrical system needing to be reset for the new belt and air bag configuration, this reset my Bluetooth audio system. The car dealer I went to initially wanted to charge me $400.00 to replace the Bluetooth unit! Yates, once again, saved me a ton of money and also backed by excellent work. While the Bluetooth audio feature was fix, it was not the actual issue I brought my car info. And, by doing business by excellence, they ended fixing my BTA feature by doing a simple reset for a different issue. I listen to a ton of audio books and school lectures via this feature in my work travel. I called them a gave my thanks over the phone and I am doing this here as well. KEEP IT UP GUYS!! Thank you again for all you have done, even if it was not an intended fix lol. Keep up the great work and you will have my business even more in the future! Lord Bless!

Brought my A5 in this morning as scheduled for brake checkup. I got busy and wasn’t available when they called with the estimate and didn’t call back until nearly noon. So, they had to get the parts and then replace the worn out rotors and pads, etc. I checked on their progress around 5:00 and was told they were still working. They were totally sympathetic that this is my only car and called me just before 8:00 closing time to say they were going to finish befor leaving. Kris and the other folks who stayed late to take care of me are heroes. There aren’t many places left today with this kind of service commitment. Kudos Yates. You provide outstanding customer-focused service.
