UPDATE: Was contacted by Kris- the follow up to improve was impressive. Kris apologized for the failure of service and even refunded me the upfront cost I was given. Outside if the refund- the fact that they followed up and addressed the concern is a great way to handle business. OP: Outside of the traditional tell you one price over the phone, then charge you more without reason- that I'm used to. The customer service is POOR. No greeting when you walk in, no smile, no eye contact, no basic pleasantries in regards to your business, no call with the quote before doing service as requested- and most of all... No "Thank you" when leaving. I'd pay double elsewhere before spending money where people don't appreciate my business. Won't be back.
