Yates Automotive is close to my work and they have been able to help me out same day a couple of times. They are professional and courteous. I don't use them all the time because they're not close to where I live, but if I lived closer I would.

My girlfriend and I moved to Alexandria earlier this year. Since then, we have done all our auto repairs at Yates. This includes an oil change (2x) and the replacement of a tire. Everything went smooth and with the tire they were able to order the one we needed in a matter of days. They have great customer service too. Highly recommend Yates Automotive!

This was my 1st time at Yates Automotive. Joe replaced the brake light on my car. He was very quick at getting it fixed like maybe 15 min! Which was a breath of fresh air after spending 3 hrs at another automotive establishment and leaving without it being fixed! Thank you Joe! I will be back for future work when needed.
