Hi! This was the first time I went to yates and it was for a vehicle inspection. I asked about how long it would take until the inspection is done & I was told 30 minutes which they stayed true to time! I actually failed my inspection [lol] but when I came back to get reinspected, the estimated time was correct again. I always appreciate TRUE communication and they did just that. I also loved seeing women working here!!! Power to men and women. Lol.

Brought my truck in for a tire replacement. Yates communicated with me and provided the cost. They completed the work on time and the estimate was spot on! Great location, family business. Stop by today, fill up your tank and bring your car in for service!

This morning my low tire pressure light came on. I came by to check my tires. Bruce saw me. He greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I told him about the tire pressure light. He said let me check your tires. He checked the tires and filled all the tires to the proper air pressure. He is the best. Great customer service! Thank you Bruce!

Last Sunday my engine coolant light came on in my car and I happened to be near Yates Automotive so I popped in to ask about it, since most places are closed on Sundays for car service. The mechanic quickly responded, checked and replenished my engine coolant, checked the wiper fluid “just to see if i needed any” and then didnt even charge me a dime. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less - which was wonderful since I had a backseat full of kids. Such a lovely unexpected customer service experience. I’ll go back there again for sure!

I called Yates Thursday to schedule a inspection for my vehicle. Kris answered the phone and he scheduled me. This man has the best Customer Service I have seen in a long time. I was very impressed. From when I first dropped my car off this morning I encountered three other employees, and they were all as equally, respectful, professional, and kind. As a female I haven’t always have had the best experiences, so I wanted to praise this company. Thanks guys! I will definitely be back!!
