Friendly and expeditious family owned auto shop. I’ve taken my vehicle here for multiple items (oil change, mechanical work and repair after a collision). Every time, they have done high quality work for an expected price. I always feel they are honest with their estimates, work and prices. Forever my go-to shop while I’m stationed in the area!

Yates provided really excellent service - went in for a state inspection (knowing I was going to fail based upon my tires). When brought the reasonable bill and the resolution, I mentioned in passing that the timing was not the greatest due to taking care of my son, and they arranged to pick up the car and deliver it when the work was done without my request. Very happy with the professional service, and will work with them again!

I had a flat tire. I went to Yates because my prior experiences there had been excellent. I was home in an hour. They checked the tire immediately, finding a long screw deeply embedded at a steep angle in the tire. It had damaged the interior casing. The tire was not repairable. They mounted a new tire. The desk staff was welcoming and attentive. The mechanic I worked with knew what he was doing. Excellent and expeditious service.

My brand-new vehicle had some light swirls and scratches and I wanted to get the paint correction done. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Kris J., The Manager. I explained my situation and he immediately put me at ease and stated that this would be absolutely no problem. He said they have experts that perform high level detail services. He was very nice and super knowledgeable. I left the vehicle Wednesday expecting them to keep it a few days. I got the call on Friday morning that it was complete. Wow!! What a fantastic job they did. I met the gentleman who did all of the work himself. Aaron was absolutely awesome! He showed me every inch that he worked on and the car is flawless now. He exceeded my expectations and did exceptional work. Aaron did things that I did not think were possible. I give him and Yates Automotive the highest possible rating and endorsement.
