Although I have worked near Yates Automotive for years, I had never taken my car there until this. The service and friendliness were top notch. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I am one of those people that only give 5 stars when the service is truly exceptional. I worked on my own cars until I moved to the DC area in a townhome where the HOA didn't allow you to work on cars. I started using Yates and every interaction with them has been good. I broke down after an oil change and without question they paid for a tow for me, arranged for a loaner vehicle, and got my car in the shop. Even though the repair ended up being difficult, a timing belt broke catastrophically, they have done everything they can to get my car back together against the clock. These guys are trustworthy and do honestly care about the things that I do and take action to back it up

I've always experienced prompt service here. They have been very helpful in giving me a ride home a couple miles away if I need to leave the car. The staff is friendly and the work is always done right and done well. I love that they wash the car before returning it to you. I've gone to places that are closer to me (1 block away) and less expensive and I've never gotten the level of service I get with Yates. The other garage I went to was ALWAYS trying to push some extra service and typically used scare tactics to convince me to take their advice. Yates started out as a second opinion to one of those incidents and is now my go-to shop. I trust this garage completely. - Laura Russell

I could not be more pleased with the quality of work at Yates. I got my vehicle detailed after a camping trip on the beach with a dog in the car. It looked brand new when I picked it up! Their service folks really took care of my vehicle, and it was worth every penny. I strongly recommend Yates if you're looking for a high-quality car detailing.

Would not go anywhere else with my car here in town. I had my car towed there after their business hours, and they called me at 7:45 the next morning to let me know what was wrong and that they would get to fixing it

I am very pleased with the work performed by Yates to fix a coolant leak on my BMW(TM). I had previously taken my car to another repair shop who diagnosed the issue as a faulty gauge

We love Yates, they are efficient and always do a phenomenal job. We have used them for everything from car detailing, car repairs and state inspections. They are always courteous and helpful!
