These guys are awesome. I brought my new-to-me but very old pickup truck to them when I discovered the reason it was running rough was the previous owner had snapped off a spark plug (if you've ever worked on an old car, you know this is a nightmare scenario). It was rusted in, and I knew I didn't have the skill to get it out, despite years of experience working on cars. I knew I needed skilled pros, and the guys at Yates came to the rescue, big time. The mechanic, Jeff, who worked on my truck has 43 years of experience and counting, and it showed, as he applied his true mastery to get the spark plug out, which though it seems simple, was actually a nearly impossible task. He and Yates saved me thousands of dollars, because my only other option was to pull off the entire intake and cylinder head to fix it. They easily could have said it couldn't be done, and charged me for a much bigger job. These guys are skilled, honest, family owned--a rare breed of a truly neighborhood mechanic shop where you know you can get good and honest work done. They certainly earned my loyalty, and will earn yours, too.
