Everyone at Yates is anxious to please. They gave me a ride back to my house and then picked me up after my oil change was done. The waiting area is very clean, and took great care of my car. They also washed the car and vacuumed it out!!

Everyone was knowledgeable and quite capable of assisting myself and others waiting. Jon called as promised and advised me of the status of the issue and its cost. He answered my questions without hesitation. In fact, my car was ready before the anticipated timeframe. Thank you.
