Yatea provided outstanding service and efficent time for a short notice vehicle inspection. I drove 2 hours to Yates as i came from MD took my Chevy Suburban in for inspection even though they were busy i found Yates very organization with an efficient tracking system. Yates great they kept me informed. The treatment was great and my vehicle wss completed in a timely matter. The price was as expected fair. I homestly go back to Yates next year for their service and professionalism.

I always have a great experience here, whether I’m coming in for an oil change or any other service. I prefer Yates over big-name dealerships or car services - there’s a level of care and attention you just don’t get elsewhere. Yates are knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

I needed an emission test. I came too late in the day to get on the schedule. I have been ill and haven’t gotten a chance to go to the station. I am scheduled for a procedure and may not be able to come back for some time. Eddie overheard me talking and took my car back immediately He returned my car in 6 minutes. I could not believe my luck. Eddie was personable and kind. Everyone at Yates are always kind and efficient. Thanks guys!!!

I want to give a huge thank you to the guys at Yates Automotive! I had an unexpected car issue today that would’ve shut down my plans. Reached out to Yates and they went out of their way to assist me. If you have to choose between being kind or nice, always be kind…like these guys.

I'm not the type to leave reviews but wow my experience with Yates was wonderful! My car was due for an oil change and one of my windows was not rolling up. I stopped by after work to see if they'd be able to fix it and the man at the counter (i wish i got his name) told me that although their technician was gone for the day, I can leave my car overnight and come pick it up the following day. He gave me a rough estimate on the cost + how long it will take, and I was in & out of there in like 5 minutes! Today I got a call asking how I'd like the window to be fixed and I opted for the cheaper route since my car is kinda junk anyways but I was appreciative of the call and for keeping me in the loop of what was going on. I went to pick it up and Zan (I believe that was his name) told me that they got the window up as high as they could but there was still a small space. He took it upon himself to get some clear waterproof tape and tape the small crack for me. I'm not knowledgable in cars but I know good service when I see it. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you all :)

Yeats Automotive goes above and beyond to help a customer. I was going out of town for a trip and wanted to make sure all was A-OK with my car. Andy was so helpful making sure that I had proper fluids and proper tire pressure. They even threw in complementary washer, fluid topping off my reservoir. It’s those little things and fitting me in at the end of the day that make me a return customer.

Incredible staff and amazing service

I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection on a car I hoped to buy, and Yates showed up on Google as a reliable place nearby. I wasn’t disappointed. I didn’t have to wait long, they did a thorough inspection for a reasonable price, and provided me with sound advice for my final negotiation. Highly recommend them!
