This morning my low tire pressure light came on. I came by to check my tires. Bruce saw me. He greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I told him about the tire pressure light. He said let me check your tires. He checked the tires and filled all the tires to the proper air pressure. He is the best. Great customer service! Thank you Bruce!

Last Sunday my engine coolant light came on in my car and I happened to be near Yates Automotive so I popped in to ask about it, since most places are closed on Sundays for car service. The mechanic quickly responded, checked and replenished my engine coolant, checked the wiper fluid “just to see if i needed any” and then didnt even charge me a dime. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less - which was wonderful since I had a backseat full of kids. Such a lovely unexpected customer service experience. I’ll go back there again for sure!

I called Yates Thursday to schedule a inspection for my vehicle. Kris answered the phone and he scheduled me. This man has the best Customer Service I have seen in a long time. I was very impressed. From when I first dropped my car off this morning I encountered three other employees, and they were all as equally, respectful, professional, and kind. As a female I haven’t always have had the best experiences, so I wanted to praise this company. Thanks guys! I will definitely be back!!

I want to give a special shout-out to Chris. I called inquiring about an emissions test and he was for informative about everything I needed to know. The day of service I called and spoke with Chris again. He informed me his location was done with testing, however, he referred me to another location. I was well taken care of and service was quick. Thanks again Chris!

Unfortunately I’ve had to take my car in twice within a few weeks. Each time was for a different problem. The first time not only did they perform the diagnostics quickly but were incredibly professional and got everything working fantastically. I had also requested that they detailed my car. When I went to pick it up it looked like it was brand new! The second time they went through the extra effort to resolve the issue and find the correct parts. They are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for any service that you need for your car.
