My wife purchased an interior car detailing for Fathers Day, and I just want to say Thank You to the crew at Yates! We were both blown away by the work that was done to bring my 4 year old cloth seats (with plenty of wear from our toddler) back to NEW condition! I could not believe it. I didn’t think it was possible! We noticed during the holidays that the crew was having a Christmas Party in their shop and loved that Yates hosted a party to celebrate, so we wanted to find a way to support the business. I will be telling everyone I know about their services, and highly recommend the car detailing to anyone who wants to see their car look like dealership new again!

It's great to be in a friendly environment where people are welcoming and accommodating. One of the advantages of such places is that they offer a complimentary air service, so if you have a flat tire, you don't have to worry about carrying cash or a credit card to get it fixed. I find it really convenient. Additionally, there are several comfortable areas where you can relax and wait while your car is being serviced.

Brought a car in for emissions and safety inspection. The car was in excellent condition so this was a pretty easy Virginia Safety and Emissions inspection for a title transfer and registration. They estimated 2 hours based on the amount of people in queue ahead of me. They completed the inspections in 1.5 hours. They answered all questions I had about needed testing for registration. There is room for improvement in customer service.

Yates automotive is a “White Whale” in the local auto repair business. They are highly skilled, customer focused and high integrity. I recently had my 2008 Jaguar XKR diagnosed by Yates for a warning light issue after receiving a really expensive diagnosis elsewhere. Yates honestly diagnosed it as a loose electrical connection and a minor repair. Well done Rob and the Yates family for your integrity. You now have my business on all 3 of our cars!!
