Detail Department did an excellent job on my vehicle

They are always nice and professional. They listen to my concerns regarding my vehicle. I believe they are a bit more expensive than some places, but their facility is very nice. Upon payment, I would like to receive a ticket that reflects a breakdown of labor and parts instead of a brief description and the bottom line. I will say they have worked with me on price in a couple of instances.

Yates saved me he other day. My tire had been losing air and 40 minutes before closing, they gotIt Up and found a nail and plugged it up. Cannot thank them enough!

As always, the Yates team was responsive, explained to me the problem and options, and had my car repairs quickly. Their professionalism is what has kept my family as loyal customers for ma years.

Seats were wet from detailing, but they di a really good job.

I requested an Interior detailing, and not only did my car come back looking newer and better than it was when I purchased it 6 yrs ago, but they also did a complimentary exterior wash and wax!

I've been taking my 2008 Nissan Sentra to Yates for two years now and I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The cost may be slightly higher than other places (I admittedly haven't done much research), but I'm willing to pay more to not only support a local business, but also to support the great staff they have. This past time, Brian specifically was so helpful. My car was in the shop for a few days longer than originally expected due to a delay in getting some specialized parts. Brian gave me a loner car due to the inconvenience. Thank you Yates!
